What counts as an air shipment?
One shipment = one booking request you submit through the platform, which becomes one master AWB — regardless of route, piece count or product. A consolidation with several house waybills under one master AWB counts once. Cancelled, rejected or expired bookings do not count against your quota.
Rate search, capacity lookups, AWB tracking and the tools are not metered as shipments — they have their own generous monthly allowances. You can shop 4500+ airports and 40+ airlines without burning booking quota.
Is there a free plan?
No. Starter is $1.99/month and you can cancel anytime in two clicks. We would rather charge a fair $1.99 than bury the product in ads or sell query data to the carriers whose rates you are comparing.
How does the markup work?
Rates shown to you include our margin on top of the airline or marketplace buy rate — that is how the platform is funded, on top of the subscription. The margin falls as you move up the tiers, so a higher plan earns genuinely better effective rates on the same lane. Fuel and security surcharges are always passed through as separate line items, never marked up silently.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
New booking requests get an upgrade prompt, or you can add a single extra shipment at the Starter price with no commitment. Tracking and documents for shipments already in the air keep working — we never freeze cargo mid-transit over a quota.
Can I change or downgrade my plan?
Anytime, in one click from your billing page. Downgrade and you keep the current month's full shipment allowance; the lower price starts next cycle.
Cancelling & auto-renew
Auto-renew is on by default so access never lapses by accident. Turn it off whenever you like: you keep full access until the end of the month you already paid for, then the account moves to No plan. No early-termination fees, no clawbacks.
